Analysis:
The machine has no mains connection.
Solution:
Check whether the wiring between the mains and the machine is correct, and whether the wiring itself is reliable.
Analysis:
The energy storage machine sets the mains voltage and frequency according to the safety regulations of different countries and regions. When the connected mains voltage/frequency exceeds the rated range under the set safety regulations, this fault will occur.
Solution:
Check whether the mains voltage/frequency exceeds the upper limit of the rated range or is lower than the lower limit of the rated range.
Analysis:
Different models of energy storage machines have their matching firmware versions. This fault occurs when the firmware programmed by the machine does not match.
Solution:
Check whether the software of the energy storage machine is the correct version, if not, you need to burn the correct code to solve the problem.
Analysis:
In lithium battery mode, the machine needs to communicate with the battery through the network cable. When the battery-battery communication fails, the machine will display "BMS COM Fault".
Solution:
Check whether the wiring between the energy storage machine and the battery is normal.
Analysis:
In lead-acid mode, the upper and lower limits of the battery voltage need to be set. When the battery voltage exceeds the range, this fault occurs.
Solution:
Solve the problem by setting the battery voltage range of the energy storage machine.
Analysis:
The positive and negative terminals of the battery need to correspond to the terminals marked on the machine, otherwise there will be a fault of reverse battery connection.
Solution:
Check whether the positive and negative terminals of the battery are reversed.
Analysis:
This fault occurs when the communication between the machine and the battery is good in the lithium battery mode but the battery is not connected.
Solution:
Check whether the positive and negative terminals of the battery are firmly connected to the machine.
Analysis:
Three cameras and single cameras under some safety regulations need to be connected to the electricity meter when they work normally, and this fault occurs when the electricity meter is not connected.
Solution:
Check whether the meter is connected or whether the communication between the meter and the energy storage machine is normal.
Analysis:
In lead-acid mode, the energy storage machine needs to be connected to the NTC terminal at the corresponding terminal block. This fault will occur if the NTC is not connected.
Solution:
Check whether the NTC terminal is properly connected with the energy storage machine.
That is, the power scheduling function. Customers can perform power scheduling through the corresponding dialing code of the DRMS fixture to limit the input and output power of the grid.
The user can connect the double meter to the energy storage machine according to the usage requirements to monitor the power of the inverter and the energy storage machine respectively. The specific setting is to set "Mode change➡Sensor➡Meter" through the LCD, one meter is connected to the "CT1/METER1" port, and the other meter is connected to the "485-1" or "485-2" port.
Analysis:
The energy storage machines under different MODELs have their output power upper limit, and this fault occurs when the machine output is overloaded.
Solution:
Check whether the load of the energy storage machine exceeds the upper limit, and reduce the load to the rated range of the machine to solve the problem.
